Steven at Manic Mechanic just fixed an AC issue in my car, and he has helped us with both big repairs and small issues over the years. He is always transparent, honest, and genuinely cares about helping his customers. It’s so hard to find someone you can truly trust and rely on, and Steven is that person for us! Manic Mechanic is the only place we’ll go! Highly recommend!

Can not recommend this shop enough. Jordan is professional, quick working, and kind. His assistant is out of town, so it was just him in the shop when I came in. But he didn’t turn me away, despite not having any help. I was driving through Pocatello on an 8 hour road trip, and my “overheating” light came on. Since I had 5 hours left on my trek I decided to stop and get it looked at. Jordan got me in, (an hour before the shop closed) and got me back on the road in no time. He explained in detail what was going on with my cooling system, gave me advice and things to look for in the near future. He even cared enough to request a text when I made it to my destination safely. ⭐️ Best interaction I’ve had at a mechanic shop I’ve had in a very long time. Can’t thank you enough. ⭐️ *and I lived in an old van traveling the country for five years, so that’s saying something*

This had been an issue for months with the kids driving my car while I live in California. Couldn’t solve the electrical issue. Jordan was kind enough to take me in on the one day I was in town, found, fix and solved the issue. Was so impressed having him fix more issues. Highly recommend !👍

Scheduled an appointment for a repair asked by Grease Monkey to have repaired, it was a motor mount, my car was lifted for visual as well as driven, and I was told there was no repair needed. Many shops would have charged me for diagnosis and possibly a repair, I was not charged for either. I feel confident with their diagnosis. Strongly recommend.
